Grab your gloves and work from home!

As part of GKUTV, we now host weekly at-home workouts focused on honing and improving your goalkeeping technique.

All you need is a space equating to roughly nine metres, a few pairs of socks and a couple of other easily-accessible household essentials explained as each workout progresses.

For 30 minutes, three times per week, ex-Premier League stopper Richard will take to Instagram Live and run viewers through an easy-to-follow training routine harnessed from his years of professional experience.

Work on and improve speed, strength, technique and many other aspects of your game while engaging the core muscle groups and athletic ability required to be a top goalkeeper.

As an added bonus, you will also benefit from a weekly mindset session delivered by Richard – a master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Oh, and a weekly quiz has been chucked in the mixer for a bit of brainstorming banter among The Goalkeepers’ Union.

Thereafter, three sessions a week are available for £12 per month for a limited period up to 1 September 2020. If you take up this offer prior to that date, it will then be locked in at £12 per month for the duration of your membership.

From 1 September 2020, the price will be £18 per month for new members.

We’d recommend the program is utilised by goalkeepers aged 8-16, but those younger and older are more than welcome.
