Quite the story, this one.

Cardiff City’s Neil Etheridge very nearly bowed out of professional football. From sofa surfing on £200 a week at Oldham to equalling a Premier League record of saving two penalties in his first two top-flight games, the first Filipino to play in England’s top tier talks to GKU about his whirlwind career thus far.
